Financial Services Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant - Technical Portfolio Management on a hybrid contract. You will own the end-to-end SOW process, drive capacity planning, manage infrastructure budgets, and coordinate with executive stakeholders.

The role requires strong portfolio management experience, SOW/vendor/budget expertise, capacity planning, and expert Jira time tracking with PowerPoint and SharePoint for executive deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio/program management experience in IT/infrastructure.
• Experience with SOWs, vendor relationships, and budgets.
• Experience with capacity planning and intake processes.
• Proficiency in Jira time tracking and forecasting tools.
• Excellent executive presentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Statement of Work (SOW) lifecycle for infrastructure and vendors, including scoping, budgeting, and tracking time against SOW commitments.
• Lead Technical Portfolio Management activities, including capacity planning, intake calls, and change management across the portfolio.
• Maintain and reconcile time tracking within the Jira time system to ensure accurate resource allocation and reporting.
• Support budget and forecast planning, providing visibility into spend, pipeline, and variance for infrastructure initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint sites, to communicate portfolio status, forecasts, and decisions.
• Partner effectively with the manager's team and other executives, challenging assumptions and driving alignment.
