• Maintain and reconcile Jira time tracking to ensure accurate resource allocation and reporting.
• Support budget and forecast planning, providing visibility into spend and variance for initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint sites.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align plans and raise risks when needed.

Seeking a Technical Business Systems Consultant to lead Technical Portfolio Management for our infrastructure organization. In this role, you will own the end-to-end Statement of Work (SOW) process, drive capacity planning and intake, and manage infrastructure vendor budgets and forecasting. You will act as a key liaison between the manager's team and executive stakeholders, translating complex technical and financial data into clear, decision-ready materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in portfolio/program management within an infrastructure or IT organization.
• Proven ability to manage SOWs, vendor relationships, and infrastructure budgets.
• Experience with capacity planning, intake processes, and change management.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira (including time tracking) and financial forecasting tools.
• Excellent executive presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint and SharePoint expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead Technical Portfolio Management activities, including capacity planning, intake calls, and change management across the portfolio.
• Maintain and reconcile time tracking within the Jira time system to ensure accurate resource allocation and reporting.
• Support budget and forecast planning, providing visibility into spend, pipeline, and variance for infrastructure initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint sites, to communicate portfolio status, forecasts, and decisions.
• Partner effectively with the manager's team and other executives, demonstrating the confidence and "backbone" to challenge assumptions, raise risks, and drive alignment.
