Job summary

Motion Recruitment partners with a leading Financial Services firm on a 12-month contract for a Technology Business Systems Consultant - Technical Portfolio Management. The role steers SOW work, capacity planning, intake, and budget forecasting, collaborating with executives to drive decisions.

Candidates should bring extensive portfolio management experience in infrastructure, strong Jira time-tracking skills, and the ability to deliver executive-ready PowerPoint and SharePoint communications

Qualifications

Experience leading portfolio/program management in infrastructure/IT.
Proven ability to manage SOWs, vendor relationships, and budgets.
Experience with capacity planning, intake processes, and change management.

Responsibilities

Manage the full SOW lifecycle for infrastructure vendors, including scoping, budgeting, and tracking time against commitments.
Lead Technical Portfolio Management activities across the portfolio, including capacity planning and intake calls.
Maintain and reconcile Jira time tracking to ensure accurate resource allocation and reporting.
Support budget and forecast planning, providing visibility into spend and variance for initiatives.
Prepare executive-level deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint sites.
Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align plans and raise risks when needed.
