Job summary

Stellerx IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee IT infrastructure initiatives, including NOC environments, coordinating with SRE/DevOps and retail-focused teams. The role emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relations while ensuring on-time delivery within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
• Experience with NOC environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in Networks, Cloud, Data Centers, and Operations.
• Retail domain experience required.
• Solid understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate updates effectively.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
• Coordinate with NOC, Infrastructure, SRE, and DevOps teams.
• Manage infrastructure operations, upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects.
• Work with Network, Cloud, Security, and Engineering teams.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate incident, change, and problem management activities.
• Manage vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
