Job summary

Chime Financial, Inc. is seeking a software engineer on the Infrastructure Platform team to build and maintain cloud infrastructure, automation, and tooling. You will work with Terraform, ArgoCD, AWS, and Kubernetes to enable scalable, secure services for customer-facing products.

The role emphasizes DevOps collaboration, strong communication, and hands-on development across cloud, containers, and continuous deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cloud and infrastructure experience.
• Strong Ruby on Rails and Go Lang development.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes Helm charts.
• Experience with CI/CD and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Automate everything including scaling, monitoring and operations.
• Build tools for self-service within the team and across Chime engineering.
• Design and support cloud infrastructure using automation and IaC.
• Develop processes for security, scalability and availability of products.
