Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an Infrastructure Product Manager in Dearborn, MI to lead platform transformation and delivery in a cross-functional environment. The role focuses on owning value streams, guiding platforms to success, and enabling PI planning and demand planning activities.

Ideal candidates have extensive IT and program management experience, including Agile methods, Jira, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

8+ years in IT with multi-discipline experience (PM, Platform Eng, DevOps etc.)
5+ years PM experience leading large IT projects end-to-end
Experience with Jira and Microsoft 365 tooling

Responsibilities

End to end project lifecycle management with detailed timing plans, execution, tracking, risk resolution, dependencies, and status reporting.
Collaborate with Platforms teams to prioritize features for PI planning cycles.
Facilitate communication with stakeholders and customers during feature definition and delivery.
Drive mitigation of cross-team impediments and manage demand planning.
Interface with external teams, gather requirements, and work with tech leads.
Own customer value aspects of the roadmap and align with portfolio vision.
Facilitate PI Planning and report status; manage upstream/downstream dependencies.
Drive delivery and continuous improvement using metrics to identify opportunities.
