Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an Infrastructure Product Manager in Dearborn, MI to own value streams, guide cross-functional platforms, and drive value delivery within the EPEO transformation. The role emphasizes leadership, proactive problem solving, and strong collaboration across enterprise teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in product, portfolio, and program management within IT environments, plus familiarity with SAFe/Jira practices and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Product/Portfolio/Program management across complex IT environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, risk and issue resolution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Platforms teams to prioritize features for PI Planning cycles.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and customers during feature definition and delivery.
• Drive mitigation of cross-team impediments and dependencies.
• Engage in demand planning and customer research; interface with external teams and tech leads.
• Own customer value aspects of the roadmap and align with portfolio vision.
