Job summary

Webber TI Permit Processing Program seeks a detail-oriented permit coordinator to manage permit applications, tracking, and compliance for highway projects. You will review plans, coordinate with DOT, and support field inspections.

The role involves data entry in SAP, reporting to the Project Manager, and ensuring timely permit issuance while upholding safety and quality standards. On-site work across Florida projects with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Construction field required.
• Experience coordinating permits and plan reviews for infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and field inspection processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain permit processing procedures.
• Review and process utility, drainage, and right-of-way permits.
• Coordinate field inspections and DOT communications.
• Enter project data into SAP and prepare status reports.
• Assist with pre-construction meetings and project coordination.
