Job summary

Ardian Infrastructure offers an internship to contribute to investment identification, analysis and execution, plus asset management across Ardian's portfolio. Interns will gain exposure to deal sourcing, execution and client management within a global private equity environment.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, valuation and modelling, preparing memoranda, and supporting asset management and co-investment activities across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation techniques.
• Knowledge of financial modelling.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support investment teams in financial analysis, valuation and modelling.
• Assist with analysis of new deal opportunities and investment perimeters.
• Prepare internal deal materials including memoranda and valuation presentations.
• Support asset management activities such as debt refinancing and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with Ardian deal teams and potential co-investors.
