Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Investment Banking experience, ideally with exposure to Infrastructure, Power & Utilities, Energy Transition, Industrials, Natural Resources, M&A or similar sector.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Strong transaction experience and understanding of the M&A process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating new investment opportunities and conducting detailed financial and commercial analysis
• Building and reviewing financial models, including valuation, returns and scenario analysis
• Supporting all aspects of transaction execution and due diligence
• Preparing investment materials and recommendations for Investment Committee
• Conducting detailed sector, company and market research
• Working alongside management teams and senior investors on portfolio company strategy and value creation
• Supporting the sourcing and development of new investment opportunities
