Offer Summary Interns in the Ardian Infrastructure team support the identification, analysis and execution of potential investment opportunities, as well as the management of existing portfolio assets. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure private equity investment, from deal sourcing and execution to asset and client management. Responsibilities include supporting investment teams in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling, analyzing new deal opportunities, and assisting with asset management activities such as debt refinancing and implementing growth initiatives. Required skills include knowledge of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and modeling, along with proficiency in MS Office suite and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should have completed or be in the process of completing a degree from a leading university or business school, and previous internships in areas such as private equity, M&A, or structured finance are beneficial. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential, as interns will interact with various internal and external stakeholders, including Ardian clients, team members, and external parties, often across different geographical locations. Fluency in English is also required. High level of communication skills required, both verbally and in writing. Interns will regularly be required to communicate with internal and external contacts. Communication could include interaction with Ardian clients, other Ardian teams, operating partners, external parties such as advisors and consultants. Moreover, interns will frequently interact with members of the Ardian Infrastructure team located in other geographies. Fluent written and spoken English.
