Qualifications

• Degree in progress or completed at a leading university or business school.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior internships in private equity, M&A, or structured finance are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support investment teams in financial analysis, valuation and modeling.
• Analyze new deal opportunities and investment perimeters.
• Assist with asset management activities including debt refinancing and growth initiatives.
