Job summary

Ardian Infrastructure internship offers hands-on exposure to identifying, analyzing and executing investment opportunities while supporting asset management of existing portfolio assets. You will gain a global view of infrastructure private equity—from deal sourcing and execution to asset management and client management.

You will work with Ardian deal teams, co-investors and clients, developing financial models and investment memoranda, and contributing to debt refinancing and growth

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation techniques.
• Knowledge of financial modelling and LBO structuring.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Degree completed or due to complete from a leading university or business school.

Responsibilities

• Support investment teams with financial analysis, valuation, and memos.
• Build and review financial models including forecasts and return analyses.
• Assess new deal opportunities and investment perimeters.
• Assist asset management activities, incl. debt refinancing.
• Coordinate with co-investment teams and deal teams.
• Prepare asset management reports for Ardian clients.
