E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join a Washington, DC team. This full-time role ensures stability, security, and performance of SharePoint, Power BI RS, and SQL across on-prem and cloud environments.

The candidate will manage Windows Server, ADFS, Azure services, and hybrid cloud integrations, perform patching and hardening, and contribute to security/compliance efforts while coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and governance.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/CI Poly capability if needed.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience administering SharePoint (on-prem, Azure, SPO).
• 3 years of experience with patching, security hardening, and remediation.
• Familiarity with Power BI Report Server, SQL, ADFS, and Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of Azure services and hybrid cloud concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize enterprise SharePoint environments across on-prem, Azure, and SPO.
• Administer Power BI Report Server, configure data sources, and manage report deployment.
• Support ADFS authentication and secure access for enterprise apps.
• Monitor Windows Server and SQL clusters; perform patching and hardening.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, availability, and compliance.
• Assist in cloud governance, automation, and infrastructure improvements.
• Respond to escalated operational tickets and document runbooks.
