Job summary

E-INFOSOL is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer in Washington, DC, to maintain and improve enterprise SharePoint, Power BI Report Server, and related infrastructure. The role focuses on stability, security, and performance across on-prem and cloud environments, requiring strong troubleshooting and hybrid-cloud proficiency.

Ideal candidates possess Top-Secret clearance, a CS-related degree, and hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power BI RS, SQL, ADFS, and Windows Server.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience administering SharePoint (on-prem, Azure, and SPO).
• 3 years of experience with patching, security hardening, and compliance remediation.
• Knowledge of Azure services and hybrid cloud concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve SharePoint environments on-prem, Azure, and SPO.
• Administer Power BI Report Server and ensure report deployment and accessibility.
• Support ADFS environments and secure access to enterprise apps.
• Monitor Windows Server health, patches, and security hardening.
• Assist with Azure services, cloud governance, and hybrid integrations.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and data platform teams.
