Job summary

Expedient Technology Solutions in Miamisburg, OH is seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist to support onboarding new clients and maintain onsite infrastructure. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a related technical role.
• Associate degree in a related technical field.
• Company specified certifications you must achieve to be in this position.
• Occasional travel to local customer sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new ETS clients by installing and configuring agents, antivirus, support tools, and gathering credentials.
• Respond to monitoring alerts in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist with infrastructure projects (firewalls, switches, wireless networks, migrations, backups, cybersecurity).
• Resolve client IT issues via phone or remote access using RMM/PSA tools.
• Document actions and time in the RMM system and support escalations.
