Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Chicago is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead IT Infrastructure operations, including Telecom Billing & Service Provisioning, Network Operations, AS400 Operations and Systems Operations. You will supervise day-to-day activities, monitor issues, respond to alerts, and coordinate with managed service providers to ensure reliability.

The role requires 8+ years in IT infrastructure with at least 5 years in leadership, strong hands-on expertise in Cisco/Juniper networks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
• 8+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise environments across: Network infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud environments (Azure + on premises).
• Strong hands-on expertise with: Cisco networking, Juniper networking technologies, Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls and security solutions.

Responsibilities
