Job summary

Ferrovial’s Webber division is seeking a Roadway Maintenance Technician in Manassas, VA to support highway maintenance and related building upkeep. The role involves operating heavy and maintenance equipment, performing inspections, and assisting in repairs under supervision.

CDL-B with air-brakes is preferred, with 1–3+ years of roadway experience. The position requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment such as tractors, mowers, sweepers, bucket trucks, TMA’s and snowplows.
• Inspects equipment for proper operating condition and performs minor repairs.
• Performs traffic control and pavement maintenance tasks.
• Responds to traffic incidents and provides roadside assistance as needed.
• Performs miscellaneous building maintenance as required.
