Job summary

Wingspan Care Group seeks an Infrastructure Administrator to plan, coordinate design, installation and connectivity of computer and network systems. You will ensure stable IT assets, configure and optimize hardware/software, and support internal users and vendors with Tier 2/3 expertise.

You will manage a Microsoft enterprise environment, VMware, and Extreme Networks, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant operations and documenting systems.

Qualifications

• Four-year CS degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft enterprise environments and network systems required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, performance, and availability of all infrastructure systems.
• Participate in design, build, test, and maintenance of infrastructure systems.
• Administer complete Microsoft enterprise environment (365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Intune, Purview).
• Manage VMware environment and related platforms.
• Implement and administer Extreme Networks LAN/SD-WAN/WLAN ecosystems and monitoring tools.
• Maintain data standards, retention, and backups across systems.
• Create/update documentation for infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and train Tier 1 teams.
• Project-manage IT infrastructure initiatives.
