• 2+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in cybersecurity operations or engineering.
• Experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting security tools like firewalls, SIEMs, and vulnerability scanners.
• Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security tools and technologies including firewalls, EDR, SIEM, MFA, and ZTNA.
• Conduct security gap assessments and implement remediation strategies.
• Assist with customer success by integrating security solutions into client environments.
• Collaborate with SOC to improve threat detection and incident response.
• Contribute to security policies, standards, and procedures across the org.
• Lead system hardening for OS, apps, and network devices to reduce attack surfaces.
