Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Sr Manager, InfoSec Risk Management & Governance to oversee cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance. This hybrid role reports to the SVP and requires collaboration across security, privacy, legal, and business teams.

You will lead a small team, develop exec dashboards, and modernize GRC processes using AI and automation to improve efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, governance, or related fields in a complex enterprise.
• Experience supporting senior executives through strategic planning, governance, and data-driven decisions.
• Leading Cyber GRC, risk, compliance, and governance programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, PCI DSS, SOX and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Advise the SVP and translate priorities into executable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Develop multi-year strategies, operating plans, and roadmaps for Global Cyber GRC.
• Lead KPI/KRI development, risk-reduction metrics, dashboards, and governance reporting.
• Create board-ready materials translating cyber risk into business insights.
• Lead a small team handling Cyber GRC reporting, analytics, and executive communications.
• Modernize Cyber GRC processes with AI, automation, and analytics.
• Collaborate across Information Security, Technology, Audit, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Finance.
• Oversee budget planning, workforce planning, and financial tracking for Global Cyber GRC.
