Job summary

TENEX.AI is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to own internal IT operations, IAM, endpoint management, and SaaS administration. You will drive GRC and audit readiness, coordinate with Security Engineering, and mentor IT and Compliance teams. Vendor risk experience is a plus.

You will report to the CISO, ensuring ISO 27001/SOC 2 alignment and secure, scalable operations across our growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or infrastructure management.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Hands-on with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar.
• Proficiency with IAM platforms and endpoint management.
• Collaboration with security engineering and audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day internal IT operations and onboarding/offboarding.
• Lead GRC program, manage risk registers, and audit evidence.
• Bridge IT changes with security impact reviews across teams.
• Mentor IT and GRC leads; build scalable runbooks.
• Oversee vendor management and third-party risk workflows.
