Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
8+ years in IT governance, vendor management, FinOps, or asset management.
Experience with multi-vendor delivery models and BPO partnerships.
Strong analytical and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Own the vendor governance framework for infrastructure technology vendors and service providers.
Lead vendor performance reviews (QBRs, MBRs) and report to VP and directors.
Own cost visibility dashboards, chargeback/showback, and monthly spend reporting.
Oversee IT asset lifecycle governance and CMDB accuracy.
Manage contract renewals, SLAs, and centralized repository with renewal triggers.
Produce monthly/quarterly governance dashboards for executive leadership.
