Job summary

Family Dollar seeks a Manager of Vendor Governance, FinOps, Asset Management & Contract Management to serve as the centralized governance function within Infrastructure Engineering. This role operates independently to provide executive-level visibility across vendor performance, technology spend, asset health, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT governance, vendor management, FinOps, or IT asset management within a large enterprise environment.
• Experience managing contracts, vendor performance, and cost management in a multi-vendor/BPO environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to develop executive-ready dashboards, governance reports, and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Own the vendor governance framework for all infrastructure technology vendors and service providers.
• Lead vendor performance reviews (QBRs, MBRs) and escalate gaps to the VP and directors.
• Maintain a vendor risk register and flag concentration risks, single-vendor dependencies, and end-of-life exposures.
• Own cost visibility dashboards, chargeback/showback models, and monthly spend reporting for the VP.
• Develop and maintain governance policies, standards, and procedures for vendor, asset, and contract management.
• Independently validate BPO performance against SLAs and KPIs and produce governance dashboards for leadership.
