Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from a leading university in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of infrastructure banking or investment experience in North America.
• Strong credit judgment and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluating North American infrastructure debt opportunities.
• Conduct detailed due diligence, credit analysis and underwriting.
• Develop complex dynamic financial models to analyze investments.
• Oversee deal execution, including structuring, legal docs and portfolio management.
