Job summary

Natixis seeks an experienced Originator for its Infrastructure Finance team. You will drive origination, execution, and syndication of debt financing across loan, private placement, and capital markets, coordinating with international investors.

The role covers a broad Americas footprint with emphasis on LatAm growth, requiring leadership, cross‑border collaboration, and advanced financial modeling.MBA or equivalent and 7+ years in infrastructure finance are expected.

Qualifications

• MBA or comparable graduate degree with 7+ years in infrastructure financing or advisory.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or the Sciences with 7+ years in infra financing/advisory.
• Active Series 7 (or 79) and Series 63 licenses are required.
• Professional fluency in Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive Origination & Business Development across the Americas, focusing on LatAm.
• Lead Transaction Execution for lending and advisory mandates.
• Direct due diligence and coordinate external advisors for seamless delivery.
• Support Syndication & Distribution with international investors.
• Oversee financial modeling and QC of models prepared by juniors.
• Prepare internal memoranda and management reports for approvals.
