Sierra seeks a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to scale internal systems in a fast-growing environment. You will own core infrastructure, automate security controls, and build scalable internal tools. This is a code‑driven, product‑engineering approach to IT.

You’ll partner with IT leads and security teams to implement scalable solutions, improve CI/CD workflows, and document architectures for long‑term reliability.

Qualifications

• Think of IT problems as engineering problems and build over manual work.
• Strong experience with identity platforms and security tooling.
• Proficient in automation and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Iterate on and scale internal IT tools and security workflows.
• Deploy and integrate DLP into automated enforcement pipelines.
• Build API-driven integrations between internal systems and compliance platforms.
• Design and maintain infrastructure using code and CI/CD practices.
• Create durable documentation to support scalable operations.
