Flint is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own and enhance our cloud architecture and CI/CD processes. This is a vital role in managing the complexities of running multiple background agents and ensuring system reliability while reducing costs.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with AWS or GCP, containers, and a strong systems-focused mindset. Benefits include 20 PTO days, full health benefits, and a competitive salary with equity.
Team of ~10, in-person in SF.
We're winning quickly. Backed by Accel, the same partner who led the first round for Scale, Vercel, and Sentry, plus Sheryl Sandberg's fund SBVP and Neo, we launched in February 2026 and are already powering pages that generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in pipeline revenue and have been featured on CNBC.
We've earned the trust of customers like Cognition, Glean, Langchain, Tandem, and 11x, and more we do not publicly reference.
Flint is the agentic platform that ships pages from your brand and ad campaigns. AI doesn’t replace marketers; instead it removes the repetitive work of building one-off landing pages for every keyword, campaign tweak, or A/B test. Today we deliver on‑brand pages on your own domain in minutes, with no rebuilds and no engineers. We’re backed by Accel, Sheryl Sandberg’s venture fund SBVP, and Neo.
Imagine a website that builds new pages, tests creative, and optimizes performance in response to real-world signals: competitive shifts, user behavior, trending search queries, and more. Marketers still own the strategic work—strategy, audience, creative direction, brand judgment—but Flint takes the manual production off their plate so they get those hours back.
Flint is led by co‑founders Michelle Lim, Engineer #1 turned Head of Growth and Product at Warp, and Max Levenson, engineering leader at autonomous vehicle startup Nuro, then Engineer #2 at Vooma. Every single member of the Flint team has been a founding engineer or founder. We’re alums of Netflix, Scale, and Shepherd (YC W21) and work together in‑person out of historic Jackson Square.
Flint runs background agents that make changes to real codebases and serves AI‑generated pages at scale. That creates an infra problem most companies don’t have: many agents editing code in parallel, and you have to coordinate, merge, and ship their work without turning it into chaos.
You’ll own the systems that power all of it: cloud architecture, CI/CD, deployments, observability, and security. It’s a 0‑to‑1 role: you’ll inherit a scrappy setup and make it production‑grade.
Recent work in this role: synchronizing and merging the Git output of parallel background agents, building observability for agentic workloads, and hardening deployment pipelines.
