Job summary

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to assist with Fortis' infrastructure and support projects at our Corporate Office. You will work on networks, workstations, servers, and key applications such as Cisco Meraki, M365, and Windows, while assisting IT management on special initiatives.

The role emphasizes escalation handling, project leadership, and a focus on secure, patched, and well-documented environments. Strong Windows, PowerShell, and 365 expertise are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104) or equivalent; CCNA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA/NIST security standards (Preferred).
• Ability to configure, maintain, and install L2/L3 Enterprise network devices.
• Knowledge of VMware, backup solutions, and storage.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure.
• PowerShell proficiency for administration/automation across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
• Digital/VoIP phone systems experience.
• Network design and consulting for internal/customer networks.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Wireless solutions.
• Hands-on experience with printers, computers, monitors, laptops, peripherals.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and troubleshooting; TCP/IP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware and server builds; remote management and support applications in the MS/SQL/VMware/Web environment.
• Act as technical/project lead for IT projects as assigned by IT Management.
• Windows client OS deployment, maintenance, and support.
• MS 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Automate admin tasks using PowerShell across M365/Entra ID/Exchange Online.
• Resolve escalated infrastructure issues and document resolutions.
• Prepare and present system usage and health reports.
• Respond to support calls in an on-call rotation.
• Provide input on best practices for workload and timeframes.
• Follow SOPs and provide feedback to IT staff.
• Ensure all IT infrastructure assets are hardened and SLA-compliant.
• Monitor security alerts and coordinate with security software providers.
• Adhere to Company policies and conduct rules.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May include additional duties as needed.
