Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience.
• Proficient knowledge of hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience and performance assessments.
• Experience with cloud technologies (public/private clouds) and ability to operate across environments.

Responsibilities

• Tests infrastructure performance, verifies requirements, and analyzes monitoring data.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation with strong data handling.
• Performs day-to-day tasks with guidance and considers upstream/downstream data and systems implications.
• Escalates issues to leadership and supports resolution.
