Job summary
Andrew Wommack Ministries in Woodland Park, Colorado, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer I to help administer and maintain our enterprise tech stack across departments. You will support Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, Windows Server, and virtualization, with a focus on reliability and security.
The role involves hands-on configuration, scripting with PowerShell, network basics, storage and backup operations, and participating in deployments and on-call support.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and support.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or Entra ID environments.
- Experience with basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, VLANs, and wireless.
- Willingness to learn across systems, networking, cloud, and security.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Teams.
- Support hybrid identity, directory synchronization, authentication, and user access.
- Assist with virtualization, storage, backup, and DR operations.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity.
- Participate in deployments, migrations, and after-hours maintenance.
