Qualifications

• Experience working in a technical support environment.
• A+, MCP, Network+, CCNA, and/or MCSE certifications desirable.
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based services.

• Supporting various client environments remotely and onsite.
• Processing ticket-driven workloads.
• Maintaining Microsoft 365 tenants.
