Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer for a 12+ month, full-time W2 contract in Charlotte, NC. The role blends on-site and remote work with a 3-day hybrid schedule and focuses on migrations between recording platforms and cloud transitions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with NTR/VFC, recording integrations, and end-to-end lifecycle management including DR/BCP, release, and configuration management, ensuring security compliance and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) and/or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
• Experience with recording integrations (Proteus, Continuity Replay, Vodafone).
• Experience migrating between recording platforms and platform consolidation.
• Experience on prem to cloud migrations for infrastructure and application workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead migrations between compliance recording platforms and consolidation projects.
• Design and maintain compliance recording solutions using NTR and/or VFC.
• Collaborate with infra, networking, security, and app teams on deployments.
• Manage lifecycle: patching, upgrades, maintenance, health checks, decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain DR/BCP solutions for critical systems.
• Implement release and configuration management practices.
• Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, root cause investigations.
• Ensure information security policy compliance and proper documentation.
