Qualifications

2+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience.
5+ years with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
Experience with recording integrations and platform migrations.
On-prem to cloud migration experience and lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and virtualization.
Experience with patching, health checks, and DR/BCP solutions.
2+ years of information security experience and good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in initiatives and identify process improvements in Infrastructure Engineering.
Review and analyze assignments with low-to-medium risk; propose options.
Present recommendations and exercise independent judgment.
Provide information to client personnel in Infrastructure Engineering.
Platform maintenance and lifecycle management.
infrastructure upgrades and modernization efforts.
Vulnerability remediation and patch management.
System health monitoring and operational support.
Engineering design and implementation activities.
Supporting migrations and strategic platform initiatives.
