Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years of experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
- Experience with Proteus, Continuity Replay, or Vodafone recording integrations.
- Prior experience migrating between recording platforms or performing platform consolidation.
- Experience with on prem to cloud migration of infrastructure or application workloads.
- Understanding of build/deploy pipelines, release management, and configuration management tools.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (networking, compute, storage, data centers).
- 2+ years’ experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper V, etc.)
- Experience with lifecycle management including patching, maintenance, health checks, decommissioning.
- Understanding of business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
- 2+ years of information security experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Infrastructure Engineering.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Infrastructure Engineering assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Infrastructure Engineering.
