Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or related role.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructure and incident escalation.
• Scripting or automation experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go.
• Knowledge of IAM, DNS, TCP/IP, and security best practices.
• Strong written communication and cross‑team coordination.

Responsabilités

• Operate and improve cloud and hybrid infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, telephony, identity, and databases.
• Develop or maintain automation and infrastructure as code; create runbooks and diagrams.
• Own Tier 3 incidents from triage to resolution and analyze trends for improvement.
• Enforce ITIL/ITSM processes and secure, auditable change records.
• Collaborate with service desk, applications, and security teams to drive service improvements.
• Support risk reviews, continuity planning, and information security practices.
