Matomo ищет Senior Infrastructure DevOps Engineer для владения нашей облачной платформой, архитектурой, надежностью и операционной эффективностью на масштабе. Ваша роль — руководить архитектурой, определять инфраструктурные стандарты и направления развития.

Кандидат имеет 5–8+ лет в DevOps/SRE, глубокие знания AWS, IaC и управления production-системами. Умение влиять на команды и наставлять инженеров приветствуется.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ лет опыта в DevOps/SRE/инфраструктуре.
• Глубокие знания AWS и архитектуры облака.

Responsabilités

• Архитектура и развитие масштабируемой и безопасной облачной инфраструктуры.
• Определение стандартов инфраструктуры и долгосрочной технической стратегии.
• Оптимизация затрат и производительности.
• Обеспечение бесперебойной работы, SLA и инцидент-менеджмента.
• Ведение пост-инцидентных разборов и улучшение систем.

Matomo is an open-source analytics platform trusted by enterprises, public institutions, and governments requiring full data ownership. We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud platform - driving architecture, reliability, and operational excellence at scale.

Задачи:

• Architect and evolve scalable, secure cloud infrastructure
• Define infrastructure standards and long-term technical direction
• Drive cost optimisation and performance improvements
• Own uptime, SLAs, and incident management practices
• Lead post-incident reviews and systemic improvements
• Define monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy
• Lead Infrastructure as Code maturity and governance
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability
• Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities

Требования:

• 5-8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience
• Proven ownership of complex, production systems
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions
• Будет плюсом: Kubernetes and container platforms at scale; Experience with high-availability SaaS products; Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2); Experience mentoring engineers and shaping practices

• 100% remote role (Must be based in Germany)
