Arrowhead Development is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and enhance cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles with hands-on AWS.

You will design and manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor system reliability, and collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and observability. This remote role is Serbia-based with flexible contract options and a focus on security and IaC best practices.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD tooling.

We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer on behalf of one of our clients, an established company looking for an experienced engineer to own and improve their cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines. We’re looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in DevOps or related positions, including recent hands‑on work with AWS.

Задачи:

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying and resolving issues proactively Collaborate with our development teams to ensure efficient integration and delivery of software solutions Maintain and optimize our cloud infrastructure on AWS. Design and operate monitoring, logging and alerting systems Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) Drive continuous improvement in operational practices and DevOps methodologies Provide support during incidents and contribute to post-incident analysis and remediation

Требования:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and services like EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar
• Understanding of security best practices
• Fluency in English
