You will prepare investment materials for committees, supervise junior staff, and support ongoing portfolio performance while cultivating sponsor and lender relationships.

Qualificações

• Investment experience in infrastructure debt or adjacent private credit.
• Track record leading deals and driving workstreams.
• Strong modeling and credit analysis skills.
• Experience managing junior team members.
• Origination network is a plus but not essential.

Pearse Partners has been mandated by a leading global infrastructure investor to hire a Vice President into its US Infrastructure Debt team.

The platform

A top-tier global infrastructure manager with a well-established debt franchise. The US team is in a growth phase and building out its capability to support expanding deal flow and new strategies.

The role

The team invests across the infrastructure capital structure, with a focus on higher-yielding opportunities, across core infrastructure sectors including energy, digital and transport. You will:

• Lead transactions end-to-end, from screening and structuring through diligence, documentation and close


• Build and review financial models and credit analysis


• Prepare and present investment committee materials


• Manage and mentor junior team members


• Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management


• Build relationships with sponsors, advisors and lenders

What they're looking for
