Job summary
Allianz Global Investors in New York City seeks a Vice President, Infrastructure Debt to support a senior team in screening opportunities and preparing IC papers. You will help negotiate debt terms, conduct detailed due diligence, and present investment proposals to committees.
You'll collaborate with the global infrastructure debt team in London and Paris, perform financial analysis, monitor performance, and stay current on infrastructure and credit markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in finance with relevant investment and debt exposure.
- Experience preparing investment materials and due diligence documents.
- Experience in private and credit infrastructure investment and debt strategies.
- Proficient in Excel tools and financial analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools and market research.
Responsibilities
- Screen opportunities and prepare papers for Investment Committee reviews.
- Negotiate debt terms with borrowers, advisers, and lenders.
- Conduct detailed due diligence across financial, legal and technical reports.
- Prepare investment proposals and IC presentations.
- Monitor ongoing performance and liaise with lenders and operations teams.
- Stay informed on infrastructure and credit markets and share insights.
