Turner & Townsend is recruiting Cost Intelligence, Data & Benchmarking professionals to deliver evidence-based commercial insights across major infrastructure programmes. The role focuses on leveraging project, portfolio and market cost data to improve affordability, predictability and performance for capital investments.

Opportunities exist across the North East & Yorkshire region with Newcastle, Teesside, Sheffield and Leeds offices, and the option to work remotely within the region.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with cost data, benchmarks and analytics for large infrastructure programmes.
• Ability to identify meaningful cost insights from complex datasets.
• Progress towards or membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS) desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and evolve infrastructure cost benchmarks across sectors.
• Analyse cost performance across assets, programmes and portfolios.
• Identify key cost drivers, trends and variances.
• Assist with gathering and sharing estimating data.
• Support automated capture, standardisation and governance of cost data across programmes.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data and Innovation teams.
• Promote good practice within Turner & Townsend.
• Support achievement of departmental objectives.
• Stay abreast of developments to provide best-practice advice.
