Responsibilities

• Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitoring cost variance and cash flow, ensuring timely applications.
• Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs and value engineering.
• Managing contract changes effectively within governance and best practices.
• Driving forecast and budget accuracy improvements.
• Providing sound commercial support to stakeholders.
• Ensuring final accounts are negotiated and agreed.
• Leading people and commissions as needed.
