Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Houston is seeking an experienced construction administrative assistant to support Project Managers and regional teams. You will coordinate communications among clients, subcontractors, and field teams, maintain schedules, and manage documentation across SharePoint and Teams.

  • Experience with project documentation, schedule coordination, cost tracking, and administration.
  • Ability to travel locally to project sites.

  • Develop effective PowerPoint presentations for meetings, client updates, and executive reviews.
  • Establish and maintain organized systems for document filing, time reporting, training records, and other project tracking activities.
  • Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience supporting construction projects, preferably within data center, mission‑critical, or commercial construction environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across project teams.
  • Experience supporting project documentation, schedule coordination, cost tracking, and construction administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced construction environment.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting data center or other mission‑critical construction projects.
  • Familiarity with document control processes, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change logs, and project reporting.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and electronic document management systems.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with project managers, field teams, clients, subcontractors, and design partners.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deliverables while maintaining accuracy.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, diplomacy, and customer service skills.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, project schedules, and construction workflows.
  • Ability to travel locally to support project meetings and site activities.
