Job description

You’ve Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving – and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.

You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold – project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real‑world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

THE WORK:
  • You'll provide professional and efficient construction administrative support to Project Managers and regional project teams.
  • You'll serve as a liaison between project management, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and coordination.
  • You'll maintain and track project schedules in collaboration with Project Managers.
  • You'll coordinate project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, scheduling participants, reserving meeting rooms, organizing presentation materials, and arranging meals as needed.
  • You'll manage project documentation by maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites, ensuring compliance with document management procedures, and supporting file organization and distribution.
  • You'll support project staff with administrative tasks, including expense reporting, timesheets, training records, and project documentation.
  • You'll prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other project deliverables while compiling data for analysis.
  • You'll handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • You'll develop effective PowerPoint presentations for meetings, client updates, and executive reviews.
  • You'll establish and maintain organized systems for document filing, time reporting, training records, and other project tracking activities.
  • Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
  • With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting construction projects, preferably within data center, mission‑critical, or commercial construction environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management platforms such as
  • Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across project teams
  • Experience supporting project documentation, schedule coordination, cost tracking, and construction administration
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced construction environment
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting data center or other mission‑critical construction projects
  • Familiarity with document control processes, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change logs, and project reporting
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and electronic document management systems
  • Proven ability to coordinate with project managers, field teams, clients, subcontractors, and design partners
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deliverables while maintaining accuracy
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, diplomacy, and customer service skills
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, project schedules, and construction workflows
  • Ability to travel locally to support project meetings and site activities

$100,000 - $140,000 a year
