Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a cost management professional to help shape mega capital programs. You will prepare cost estimates, run life cycle costing, and maintain risk and cost reports for design, procurement and construction teams.

With 2+ years of cost management experience and a Bachelor's in a relevant field, you will use CostX and MS Office to deliver accurate forecasts. Experience with hyper-scale data centers is a plus; the role offers flexible on-site,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a cost / construction focused field.
• Minimum 2+ years of cost management experience.
• Proficiency with CostX to produce estimates and bills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of construction processes and management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans with benchmarking data.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options.
• Identify risks and maintain the project's Risk Register.
• Contribute to pre-contract meetings with cost insights.
• Create and manage cost control reports and invoices.
• Attend client meetings and document key actions.
• Assist in developing standardized templates and change logs.
• Oversee measurements and pricing for appraisals and reviews.

Responsibilities

• You'll prepare cost estimates and cost plans, incorporating benchmarking data for review.

• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent - in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or another cost / construction focused
• 2+ years of minimum cost management experience
• Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
• Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
• Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Organized and detail oriented
