Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Atlanta seeks an experienced cost estimator/quantity surveyor for on-site client projects, incl. data centers and mission-critical facilities.

You will prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports, and contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes. Five+ years’ experience, CostX proficiency, MS Office skills, and a Quantity Surveying degree (MRICS preferred) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
• Proficient in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Contact preparation skills
• Post contract administration skills
• Project close-out skills
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical projects
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or cognate qualification
• MRICS status
• Knowledge of construction technologies and trends (sustainability)
• Field experience
