Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a program-management leader to own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale, from demand signals to site installation.

You will drive cross-functional execution across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and deployment teams to ensure on-time performance. You will build dashboards and SOPs to surface delivery health, surface risks early, and partner with data teams to scale insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets.
• Experience communicating results to stakeholders.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams (Bricks, Spines, Loose Gear, Scaling, New DC) from order through site installation.
• Own stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers — proactively surfacing issues before they become escalations.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and network deployment teams.
• Build and maintain mechanisms (dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, SOPs) that make delivery health visible and actionable.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.
• Partner with automation and data engineering teams to scale delivery insights through tooling.
