Job summary

Arora Engineers, Inc. seeks a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to lead planning, design, and implementation of enterprise telecom systems for aviation, transportation, and institutional projects.

You will establish architecture, technology strategy, and engineering standards while mentoring staff and guiding project teams. The role requires deep experience with OSP, structured cabling, fiber networks, telecom rooms, and coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Infrastructure Systems, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive telecommunications engineering and design experience.
• Minimum five (5) years serving as Lead Telecommunications Engineer/Technical Lead on complex infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for the Telecommunications practice.
• Mentor junior engineers and BIM/CAD staff.
• Lead design from planning through construction administration.
• Develop enterprise telecommunications architecture and standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated designs.
• Support proposals and client presentations.
