Job summary

Tikehau Capital is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its infrastructure team in New York. The role focuses on end-user support, onboarding, hardware and software troubleshooting, and collaboration with business users across asset management functions.

The candidate will gain hands-on experience across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and business applications while supporting secure, efficient technology use in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Solid understanding of Windows environments and networking concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Familiarity with user account management (Active Directory, Azure AD).
• Basic knowledge of IT security best practices and incident response.
• Ability to document procedures and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Interest in cyber security governance aspects.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Onboard/offboard employees including device preparation and access provisioning.
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, and Wi‑Fi connectivity; support meeting room equipment.
• Assist with landline configurations and security measures.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams on user account management.
• Support application monitoring, upgrades, and rollouts; gather user feedback.
