Job summary

Aleron, on behalf of Acara Solutions, seeks an Infrastructure Analyst II in Buffalo, NY. The role focuses on installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware and software infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure, reliable technology operations.

You'll participate in projects, perform routine maintenance, and coach colleagues while adhering to risk and security standards. The position is contract for 11 months with 40-hour weeks and a $48/hour compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years of experience interpreting technical information.
• 4 years of experience communicating technical issues to management.
• 4 years of experience providing updates and status reports.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Resolve help desk escalations and incidents by analyzing issues and identifying solutions.
• Perform systems maintenance including patching, health checks, OS updates, change validation, and configuration management.
• Participate in technology projects and service requests, supporting continuous improvements to processes.
• Share knowledge and coach less experienced team members on processes and best practices.
• Follow risk, regulatory, security, and internal control standards while escalating complex issues.
